POSTPONED: FUNDRAISER FOR THE STORY TELLER HOUSE
The Story Teller House fundraiser planned for Saturday, 21 March 2020 in Lagos, has been postponed. The change became necessary for compliance with Government measures to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Laroka Trust Foundation deeply regrets any inconvenience this change has caused invited guests.
The Lagos State Government on 18 March 2020 issued a restriction order on religious gatherings of more than 50 people. This restriction is for an initial four weeks. The implication for other kinds of meetings was confirmed when the authorities announced restrictions on clubs and bars two days later.
Laroka Trust Foundation will continue to monitor developments and will announce a new date as soon as possible. In the meantime we encourage all our friends and partners to stay informed and keep safe.
