About Us
The Story Teller House project is promoted by Laroka Trust Foundation. The Foundation is a Nigeria registered charity, established in 2017 as a social-cultural organisation. Its goal is to preserve the rich heritages in the history and language of the Yoruba people.
What We Do
The Foundation uses means, media and fora to sensitise Yorubas at home and abroad on the need to preserve our cherished cultural values in the face of modernisation. We strive to restore pride in the old values and to esteem these values in our modern lifestyles. We want to preserve what should never be lost with modern crafts and tools.
How We Do It
We network with stakeholders interested in our goals and objectives. We form partnerships to create and execute projects that benefit the Yoruba people, and by extension, Nigeria.
