The Story Teller House – Architectural Visualisation
The Story Teller House is a digital museum to be located at Ile Ife, in Western Nigeria. Its purpose is to preserve and showcase the rich history and traditions of the Yoruba people of West Africa. The central theme on the project is the significance of Ile Ife in the ancestry of the Yoruba.

The fundraiser for the Story Teller House scheduled for Saturday March 21, 2020 has been postponed. This is in compliance with Government measures to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. A new date will be announced as soon as possible.

Fundraiser for The Story Teller House Project
Laroka Trust Foundation is organising a fundraiser for The Story Teller House project. The private event will hold on Saturday 21 March 2020 at De Meros Hotel and Suites, Ikeja, Lagos State. The goal of the project is to deliver a modern Yoruba Museum. The project will use digital technology to capture and present the rich traditions of the Yoruba people of West-Africa.

It was with open arms that Professor Banji Akintoye welcomed members of Laroka Trust Foundation to his house on 17th May 2017. Our mission was to discuss the Story Teller House project with the eminent historian.
